I do believe in UFO's, but I always view these things through a scientific, skeptical eye. Photos are easily faked, I have made a few of my own for fun. On thing that seems "Fake" is the lighting on the object, look closely at the highlights ans shadow, according to these factors, the lighting on the object suggests a high-noon Sun, directly in line with the viewer. If you look closely at the lighting and shadows on the branches, the light is hitting them much more from the right, with shadows on the left. Sorry, but I am dubious about this one. The primary mistake people who try to fake these make, is not matching the lighting of the object to it's surroundings.
