Picture: Blythe’s Intaglios

It always fascinates me when things in Arizona come up in the news. The Phoenix Lights get the most attention, but there is a little something I learned about this morning, and it is in my own backyard once again. In Blythe, California, which is on the California - Arizona border, there is a set of Geoglyphs in the desert floor. These are pictured below.

They are quite similar to such Geoglyphs found in other parts of the world, including in Peru. I don’t know how many times I’ve driven through Blythe going back and forth between California and Arizona. I never even knew these existed, which is not surprising because it is said they are really not infamous like other such Geoglyphs. Check out the picture below. What do you think?

    um dude that just could be some college student doing an experiment on how those glyfs could have made their fencend off
