I see it sitting in the chair, but I almost thought it was the light at the window. When my son was 2 he would see and angel and talk to him, calling it “my angel.” One time he showed me something saying it looked kind of like his angel and it was a light apparition on the wall. He talked to his angel for a few months, and after that he never brought it up again. It started within weeks of when his great grandfather died.
However, I tend to be skeptical with photos and things on TV. They can be doctored. I am a huge believer in ghosts and all that, maybe too much so, but I have a hard time believing photos and TV shows. For a photo, it could be double exposure or it could be photoshop. Not that you did that, but the image you found could have been altered.
OR it could very well be a ghost sitting in that chair.
